Axel B Gomez is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California and the Federal Courts. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pacific Union College in Angwin, California, as well as a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of California at Davis and has been a practicing member of the California State Bar since 1985. He is fluent in Spanish as well as the Castellano dialect. In addition to his law practice, he has served as the chair of the City of Turlock Development Collaborative Advisory Committee and as a member of the City Arts Commission. He has also taught legal courses at California State University, Stanislaus for the Extended Education Department.
Dan grew up in Hilmar, California, and graduated from Turlock Christian High School in 1982. He obtained a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. After graduating, he worked for a general contractor in the Santa Barbara area and then attended The University of Wyoming School of Law. He graduated in 1991 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of the same year. He started working at the Modesto law firm of Crabtree, Schmidt, in 1992 and became a partner a few years later, when Hurl Johnson left to become a Superior Court Judge. After almost eight years of working with great attorneys (three of whom were appointed to the bench) he started his own practice in Turlock, where he has been since April of 2000.
